The grant will be utilised to procure industrial machines for gluing foil on door panels in order to increase the production capacity and create two new jobs immediately and another two subsequently. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities related to donation of interior doors to socially vulnerable families in cooperation with the local centre for social work.

The entrepreneur is engaged in production of furniture, mostly different kinds of sofas. The project envisages procurement of modern sewing machine in order to increase the production capacity, improve the quality of products and create six new jobs immediately and another ten subsequently. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that include the donation of furniture to student dormitories and institutions that care for children without parental care.

The entrepreneur is engaged in HACCP certified fruit and vegetable processing and the production of zimnica ("ajvar" being the main product). The grant will be utilised to procure grinding and roasting machines, a cooling chamber and pasteuriser in order to increase the production capacity and quality of products and engage new employees. Two new jobs will be created immediately, and another six in the long term. The entrepreneur will be conducting corporate social responsibility activities that include financial donations in support of the medical treatment of fellow citizens, as well as financial and product donations to the local safe house.

Tenants of BIC Yumco are predominantly furniture manufacturing start-up companies with high production costs due to small production volume resulting in higher retail prices than those of the larger competitors. Additionally, inadequate manufacturing equipment impacts the quality, appearance and the transport costs of the products. Lack of the per-part packaging equipment to allow assembling at the customer's address increases transportation costs and impedes online store marketing potential for the custom-made furniture manufacturers. The project envisages procurement of the packaging equipment and organisation of a fair to present the start-up companies - predominantly BIC tenants.

The textile (clothing) production enterprise will procure three professional, computerised and automatised machines resulting in increased production of current and introduction of new line of waterproof items – jackets, trousers and raincoats. The production currently employs six workers while resulting job creation is four immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity that will be implemented in coordination with City administration envisages the donations of both clothing from its own production programme to children with special needs and hospital bed sheet sets to the Vranje hospital.

The fruit and vegetable processing family business will procure an additional line for washing and cleaning of fruits which will result in a production capacity increase and will provide better sanitary conditions of the products making it more suitable for export. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial donations to three local primary schools, a kindergarten and local monasteries.

The wood (furniture) production enterprise will procure a vertical panel cutting machine resulting in increased production capacity and product quality. The production currently employs seven workers while resulting job creation is four immediate posts and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donations in furniture to an orphanage in Vranje and a local social service centre.

The fruit and vegetable processing enterprise will procure equipment for inspection, cutting and classification of fruit that will increase efficiency. The production currently employs two workers while resulting job creation is two immediate posts and additional two within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages financial support to development of the local social service centre which works with children with disabilities, elders and other vulnerable groups.

The wood (furniture) production and trade micro enterprise will procure a new production line and develop a new product range that should increase revenues, open new markets and develop export opportunities. The production currently employs three workers while resulting job creation is three immediate posts and additional five within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of 15 beds to the Centre for development of social protection services from Vranje.

The plastic (bubble wrap) production micro enterprise will procure equipment for producing straight PVC foil in order to increase efficiency and strengthen the market position. The production currently employs five workers while immediate job creation is two new jobs and additional three within a three-year period. The proposed CSR activity envisages donation of construction foil to be used for building houses for the socially disadvantaged families.
